The process
Book your trip up to 6 months in advance when you’re traveling during holiday season (March-April or October-November).
Design
Based on your travel dates, mobility, food preferences, we design a custom itinerary. We give you a call to discuss the details and make necessary adjustments to best meet your unique expectations. Feel free to ask questions to our knowledgeable staff at this time if you choose. You can also email us, too, with inquiries.
Approve
After carefully setting routes and activities, we select the most appropriate accommodations at each destination and prepare a thorough quote. We proceed with bookings only after your approval of both itinerary and price. We continue to be at your disposal with any questions or concerns you might have.
Book
We charge 50% of the total price at the time of booking. The other 50% is payable one month prior to your arrival. You can choose to pay via wire transfer or credit card (please note that we charge an additional 5% with all credit card payments). *Please note that we do not offer price breakdown.
