DAY-TO-DAY ITINERARY

Day 1. Welcome to Casablanca
Arrival at the airport with meet-and-greet service, driver/guide assistance, and optional fast-track clearance. After hotel check-in (subject to arrival time), enjoy a city tour of Casablanca, including a visit to the iconic Hassan II Mosque, celebrated for its oceanfront location, magnificent architecture, and 210-metre minaret.
Day 2. The Blue Pearl of Chefchaouen
After breakfast, depart for the enchanting blue town of Chefchaouen, beautifully nestled in the Rif Mountains. En route, enjoy a brief city tour of Rabat, discovering some of the capital’s key landmarks. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, take time to relax and explore the charming medina and lively central square at your own pace, before enjoying a delicious dinner at a carefully selected local restaurant.
Day 3. Explore the Blue City
Nestled beneath the Rif Mountains, Chefchaouen is one of Morocco’s most picturesque towns, renowned for its blue-washed streets and distinctive charm. Founded in 1471, it originally served as a strategic base for the Riffian Berbers and later welcomed Muslim and Jewish refugees from Granada. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore the enchanting medina and experience the magic of the Blue City at your own pace.
Day 4.on a way to Fez
Today, we journey to the historic sites of Volubilis and Moulay Idriss. Explore the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, including a grand triumphal arch, palaces, baths, and exquisitely preserved mosaics that highlight Roman artistry. Continue to the sacred town of Moulay Idriss, an important pilgrimage site, before arriving in Fez later in the day.
Day 5. Unveil the heart of Fez
After breakfast, explore Fez, the spiritual heart of Morocco. Founded in the 9th century, the city is steeped in history, culture, and religious tradition. Visit the ancient medina, the historic Fez Mellah (Jewish quarter), and the renowned leather tanneries. Conclude the day with a panoramic view of the city from the Merenid Tombs, capturing the true essence of Fez.
Day 6. Journey to Sahara spelling change
Depart Fez in the morning for a scenic 6-hour drive southeast with interesting stops along the way. Visit Ifrane, the charming alpine-style town, then enjoy lunch in Midelt with stunning mountain views. Explore Erfoud, known for its fossils and Ksar M’Aadid, before arriving in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara, for a relaxing dinner and overnight at a riad by the dunes.
Day 7. Visiting nomads
After breakfast at 10 a.m., embark on a 4×4 adventure through the stunning Erg Chebbi sand dunes, reaching up to 160m high and 28km long. Visit nomadic families for traditional mint tea and experience Moroccan hospitality. Return to the riad by 3 p.m., then enjoy a camel trek into the Sahara for an unforgettable night at a desert camp with Berber music, dance, and a star-filled sky.
Day 8. Road of Thousand Casbahs
Leave the desert and travel along the legendary Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, dotted with historic fortresses and scenic landscapes. Visit the stunning Todra Gorge near Tinehir and continue through the picturesque Dades Valley, known for its cliffs, fruit groves, and Berber villages. End the day in Skoura at the peaceful riad Ksar el Kabbaba, surrounded by Morocco’s scenic beauty.
Day 9. Crossing the High Atlas
Depart Skoura and journey through the Atlas Mountains to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s best-preserved kasbahs and a famous film location. In the afternoon, settle into your riad in Ouarzazate, then explore the vibrant Djemaa el-Fna square in Marrakech, alive with food stalls, entertainers, and the lively spirit of Moroccan culture.
Day 10. The Ochre City of Marrakesh
Explore Marrakech, a palm oasis at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, Morocco’s second-oldest imperial city. With a guide, visit historic sites including Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, the Jewish Mellah, and the Koutoubia Mosque, before wandering the 9th-century walled medina. In the afternoon, dive into the bustling souks, alive with artisans, bakeries, and vibrant market life—a true taste of Moroccan culture.
Day 11. Marrakesh of Yves Saint Laurent
Explore modern Marrakech today, starting with the chic neighborhoods of Gueliz and Hivernage. Visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, featuring a 400 m² permanent exhibition of the designer’s work, followed by the vibrant Jardin Majorelle, a public oasis created by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé. In the afternoon, discover contemporary Moroccan art at the Palmeraie Museum, and end the day with dinner at a traditional Marrakech restaurant, such as Al Fassia.
