Welcome to Morocco, a country where centuries of culture, color, and culinary tradition come together in an extraordinary sensory experience. Upon arrival at Mohammed V International Airport, your guide will greet you and transfer you to your elegant five-star hotel in the heart of Casablanca. Morocco’s largest city is a fascinating blend of modern sophistication and historic charm, offering a lively introduction to the country. If your arrival time allows, your first evening will include a delicious welcome dinner at one of Casablanca’s renowned restaurants, where you’ll enjoy your first taste of authentic Moroccan cuisine—perhaps fragrant tagines, freshly baked bread, olives, and delicate pastries accompanied by traditional mint tea.
Day 2. Casablanca to Essaouira via the Atlantic Coast
After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to the spectacular Hassan II Mosque, dramatically perched above the Atlantic Ocean. As one of the largest mosques in the world—and one of the few in Morocco open to non-Muslim visitors—it offers a rare opportunity to admire the exquisite craftsmanship of Moroccan artisans, from hand- carved cedar ceilings to intricate zellige tilework. Following the visit, depart Casablanca for a scenic drive south along Morocco’s Atlantic coastline toward the charming seaside town of Essaouira. The journey takes approximately five to six hours, with a relaxing lunch stop along the way. Arriving in Essaouira in the early evening, settle into a beautiful ocean-view riad tucked inside the historic medina.

This morning you’ll explore the UNESCO-listed medina, where fortified ramparts overlook the sea and narrow lanes reveal artisan workshops, woodcarvers, and colorful markets. Essaouira’s architecture reflects centuries of cultural influences, blending Portuguese, Berber, and French styles. Lunch today may be one of the highlights of the trip: freshly caught fish selected at the harbor and grilled before your eyes. In the late afternoon, enjoy your first hands-on Moroccan cooking class. Using the catch of the day and seasonal ingredients from the local market, you will learn to prepare classic dishes such as:  Fresh Moroccan chopped salad  Traditional fish tagine with herbs and preserved lemon Afterward, savor the delicious meal you have prepared together.

After lunch, depart for the spectacular Ouirgane Valley in the High Atlas Mountains. Along the way, stop at a traditional argan oil cooperative, where local women demonstrate the ancient process used to produce Morocco’s famous culinary and cosmetic oil. By late afternoon you’ll arrive at a beautiful mountain riad, where the serene landscapes and crisp mountain air offer the perfect setting for relaxation. Overnight: Ouirgane Valley
Day 5.Atlas Village Souk, Tinmel Mosque & Cooking Workshop

Here you’ll gather the ingredients needed for the afternoon cooking class. Lunch in the village features simple yet delicious Moroccan specialties such as grilled skewers, fresh bread, and traditional salads.
